This recipe is special for me, it's the first thing I was intrested in learning to cook. It's always been a tradition for my family to eat pizza on saturday nights, and as an adult I still do it, so I've become quite a pizzaiolo
Ingredients
- 4g of dry yeast
- 200ml of water
- 300g of flour
- 10g of salt
- 10g of olive oil
- 1 onion
- 1 garlic tooth
- Tomato sauce
- Cheese, pick whichever you like best
How to make it
- Mix the yeast with the water
- Add the flour and mix for 5/10 minutes or until it doesn't stick and is smooth
- Add the salt and olive oil and mix again
- Cover it up, let it rest for 2-4hs(or up to 4 days in a refrigerator)
Once the time has passed, it's time to make the sauce
- Cut the onion and garlic, add it to a pan with a little bit of olive oil
- Once it's cooked, add salt, pepper, oregano, and a little bit of curry and cumin(trust me)
- Add the sauce, taste it and turn it off
- Pre-heat the oven for 30-45 minutes at max heat
- Put the pizza for 7 minutes
- Add the cheese and toppings
- Let it cook for 3 more minutes
- Achieve happiness
